Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and matter descriptions when you create an account or book a consultation. For lawyers, we also collect practising certificate details, firm information, and professional credentials. We automatically collect usage data including page views and search queries to improve the platform.
How we use your data
We use your data to: operate and maintain the platform; connect you with solicitors you choose to book; communicate booking confirmations and platform updates; verify lawyer credentials against the Law Society register; and comply with legal obligations under Hong Kong law.
Data sharing
When you book a consultation, your name and matter description are shared with the solicitor you select. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, subject to confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
