Booking agreement
Booking agreement
This agreement governs your use of Lawdar to book a consultation. Please read it before confirming a booking.
- 01
Lawdar is a directory, not a law firm
Lawdar advertises verified solicitors and lets you request a consultation. It does not provide legal advice, does not act for you, and is not a party to any retainer you enter into with a solicitor.
- 02
A booking is a request, not a contract for legal services
Confirming a booking creates a request that notifies the solicitor. The solicitor decides whether to accept it. Any engagement for legal work is agreed directly between you and the solicitor.
- 03
Fees are paid directly to the solicitor
Lawdar never collects, holds, or processes legal fees. Any fee shown is the solicitor's own published price. You arrange and pay it directly with them.
- 04
Reviews follow a real consultation
Only a client who booked a consultation through Lawdar may leave one review for that booking. Reviews are your own honest opinion, are moderated, and may be removed if they breach our content rules.

Your data
We handle your personal data in line with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We collect what is needed to make the booking and share your matter description with the solicitor you choose.
